I believe, it seems confirmed by the calculation of the fan, that this combination of outboard / fan is a high core unit designed for heavier displacement boats from the boat. I noticed that the easiest way to check the ratio is to remove the plug put a mark on the flywheel, spinning and revolution count to make one rotation prop. The best way to estimate the prop pitch is to get tach (tinytach will do). Does the test light running and get the rpm and hoped it would speed up the aircraft if it can get a seat in the middle.
